More similar to noodles than to traditional spaghetti but have used as both and they are lovely. Hold shape well. Gluten free and vegan.

Good for a fast supper. Decent substitute for durum wheat pasta

I've never been very keen on regular wheat pasta and some wholemeal or other grains types are chewy beyond imagination. I have had this with sauce twice now and the next dish is going to be just this with butter and cheese. It is tasty enough to eat on its own and a little goes a long way.

This spaghetti was really tasty. I think it was more like noodles than spaghetti. It tasted nutritious. The only catch is that there is a plastic bag within the outer cardboard packaging. It seemed like polypropylene to me; so not recyclable in the UK.

I too love this. I tried it for the first time when I ordered last, and as other reviewers have said, it's quick and easy and tastes delicious, not to mention the protein it provides. Although it calls itself spaghetti, it's incredibly fine, and half the length of spaghetti - all the easier to pop into the pan. Highly recommended.
