very natural taste love that it has onions and other flavours it was a bit bland so i added some cayenne pepper and accidently made it too spicy in one portion but when i cooked up another pan i just added salt and pepper and it was amazing and perfect.rn rnpumpkin is good for electrolites also i had this when i had a sore throat and i lost my apetite to eat anything else so i had this and it filled me up straight away.
