I really like the smell of this one; I can't really comment on effectiveness in actually softening as unfortunately I live in a very hard water area, so my towels are never truly soft! Clothes smell and feel nice. I prefer this to the 'Amongst the Flowers' one.

Q: Does this have real almond in it? My son has a nut allergy and I have just got it.
A: Hi,
Thanks for the query. Almond is just the name of the fragrance. There are no almond proteins in the formula, so it shouldn't exacerbate any allergies.
