I love all brown spelt pasta; have pasta at least 5x a week! Bought the spaghetti for a change from the penne etc. but find them too soft, especially when warmed up.

Highly recommended if you like your pasta with some oomph! To give you an idea: take a whole-wheat pasta and turbo-charge with subtle nutty flavours. Yummy! So yummy it can be eaten by itself drizzled with olive oil and some fine parmesan shavings.
