Converted to spelt pasta a year or so ago and very much prefer its superior taste. The fusilli cook in about 7 mins although penne take about 10 as they're thicker.

We have all been converted to this pasta. My husband tolerates spelt more than wheat and we just all love it too. It's not gloopy at all and leaves us feeling less bloated than normal pasta. I would recommend this to EVERYONE!

A: Spelt is an ancient strain of wheat. Spelt is not suitable for a gluten-free diet.
