Veg1 Vegan Multivitamin Chewable Tabs - Orange 180 tablets

These orange flavoured multivitamin chewable tablets have been formulated by the Vegan Society, and each bottle of 180 tablets is a six month supply for adults. The supplement combines 7 essential nutrients into one convenient daily tablet, including EU Nutrient Reference Value (NRVs) of:
Vitamin B12 (25µg – 1,000%)
Vitamin D3 (20µg - 400%)
Iodine (150µg - 100%)
Selenium (60µg - 109%)
Vitamin B2 (1.6mg -114%)
Vitamin B6 (2mg - 143%)
Folic Acid (200µg - 100%)

Directions: Adults should have one tablet per day and children aged 2-12 will only need half a tablet per day. It is recommended to chew or crush the tablets for maximum absorption. Do not exceed recommended daily intake.
