I am happy with these as it tells you what is in them. Helpful to have vit c for me and if urine is affected its coz body cant store it. I will buy more.
not happy with ingredients rnrnsome people who want just vitamin b complex should not get this rnit has other stuff which isnt good if you have thyroid issue rnpeople with thyroid issue cant have half of the ingredients listed on here like ginsengrnand alfafarni cant even have strawberries and kiwi because of thyroid issues and need to raise my vitamin level b complex and d up with out any synthetic rni wish this website did some research on vitamins for people who cant have certain forms rni wish there were more to pick from
