Delicious boiled or baked

Lovely firm polenta, it slices up really nicely. Grills in about 10-15 mins, and stays together - no oozing through the bars of the grill-pan! Delicious and very quick for a busy lunchtime (with some Italian tomato sauce, or topped with grated cheese and back under the grill), or as a replacement for rice or potatoes with tea. Definitely recommended!
