Q: Which seeds are in this mix please
A: The mix has the following ingredients:-
Organic Pumpkin Seeds, Organic Sunflower Seeds, Organic Golden Linseed, Organic Sesame Seeds.
Essential fatty acids in Omega Mix: this mix typically contains 4.9g Omega 3 and 21.8g Omega 6 per 100g. John.

Q: what is the use by date for the seeds? Thanks
A: Our current stock all seem to have a BBD of the early months of 2010.
