Oggs is a forward-thinking brand dedicated to creating delicious, plant-based alternatives that make a positive impact on the environment and animal welfare. Founded by Hannah, who went vegan and discovered the hidden animal products in everyday foods, Oggs was born out of the mission to remove eggs from the food chain and create more sustainable, cruelty-free options. Han's eureka moment came when she realised that aquafaba, the water from chickpeas, could be used to make vegan versions of her favourite baked goods, like blueberry muffins. Using aquafaba in place of eggs significantly reduces the CO2 emissions produced by their products.
 
All Oggs products are cruelty-free, ensuring that hens enjoy a well-deserved break, and their packaging is fully recyclable, with plastic trays made from 100% recycled material. The brand upholds strict ethical sourcing policies to prevent human trafficking and forced labour, supporting a fair and responsible supply chain, and by partnering with local UK suppliers, Oggs minimises transportation emissions and supports the local economy.
