Usage Instructions
Microwave: Tear or cut the pouch slightly at the top. Stand upright in microwave. Heat of full power for 1 min 30 seconds (800W) / 1 min 20 seconds (900W). Stand for 30 seconds.
Caution: contents will be hot.
Hob: Empty the contents into a saucepan. Heat gently for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally until hot. Do not allow to boil.

I was disappointed with this ready meal. For the price I thought the portion was small with little or no rice and very small pieces of soya meat.
