Carob is a healthy alternative to chocolate and has a high concentration of natural sugar so it can be used to sweeten drinks, desserts and smoothies. Kiki Health uses organically grown, raw unroasted beans which are then fermented and sundried below 46°C to retain all the natural goodness. Carob powder improves digestion, supports the immune system, has antioxidant properties and helps maintain healthy cholesterol levels.
