This is delicious and I buy it regularly. Great with all salads. Also: toss some onion wedges, sliced peppers, courgettes in some olive oil then spread on baking sheet and sprinkle a little balsamic vinegar over. Cook in oven until soft and very slightly charred on edges. Prepare some couscous and toss veg in plus a chopped avo, some white beans (eg haricot) and some chopped tomatoes. Toss together with this dressing. Easy to personalise. Prepare veg when using oven anyway; they keep in fridge for a couple of days. Yum!

About Inspired Vegan
Nicola and Robert Young, live in the British countryside but they were raised on farms in Canada and New Zealand.
