It worked fine with spider bites. You need to zap several times and at the beginning seems not working but and a few minutes the itching disappears. I used it about three times a day for a few days and I'm very satisfied.

A: Hi there,
Many thanks for your query. This product has no ingredients. It uses electrical impulses to localise the poison from an insect bite and reduce the urge to itch.
