Hu Kitchen began in 2012 as a paleo-inspired fast-casual restaurant in New York City, founded by family members Jordan Brown, Jason Karp, and Jessica Karp. Rooted in their personal health journeys and inspired by early wellness pioneers, Hu Kitchen emphasised ingredient simplicity and unbeatable taste. This philosophy led to the creation of Hu Chocolate, a decadent, organic, and Fairtrade dark chocolate line made with just three simple ingredients: cacao, unrefined coconut sugar, and cocoa butter.
