Product Description
These sustainable reusable food wraps are made from a hemp and certified organic cotton cloth, great for keeping food fresher for longer. The wrap is infused with tree resin for its natural antiseptic properties, jojoba oil which is anti fungal and beeswax which is naturally antibacterial. As Abeego is made from a cloth material rather than plastic, it will allow the food to breathe and naturally age, preventing mould and keeping leftovers fresh – either wrap it around the food or cover a bowl.
Pack contains: small 18cm x 18cm, medium 25cm x 25cm and large 33cm x 33cm
Once the wrap has came to the end of its life it can be backyard composted or cut into strips and repurposed into firestarters or twist ties for your garden.

Care and use: wash in cold water with eco-friendly soap, if unsoiled simply fold and put away. Warm water will cause some of the beeswax to wash off and tree resin and beeswax are soluble in alcohol so use alcohol free dish soap. Dry wit a towel or air dry over a rack.
Please note: not suitable for the dishwasher, microwave oven, direct heat or high temperatures.

i've tried a few different brands of food wrap and have not decided that this brand, abeego, is the best for long life use. i know it comes from germany and many of the others don't have those travel miles attached, but they really have lasted much much (4 months) longer than the rest. the sizes are great and seem to find a use for each of them almost every day. i will buy these again next year when these ones eventually loose their wax, if i haven't worked out by them how to rewax them properly.

Great alternative to plastic wrap, have been using non-stop since I got it! Several good sizes and has a pleasant beeswax smell that doesn't transfer to food. Very pleased with this product.
