Delivery services and charges

The contents of your order and your delivery postcode area will determine which delivery services are available to you, and at what charge. You will only pay one delivery charge per address, which will be the highest depending on the contents of your order.

Standard Delivery (5 working days)

UK & Republic of Ireland orders will normally be received within 5 working days. Choose this option if you’re not in a hurry to receive your order and we’ll use the most efficient delivery method possible.



 Express Courier
UK Express Delivery (Next Working Day delivery on orders placed before 2pm)

Delivery next working day for orders placed before 2pm (Mon-Fri). This method will require a signature, please ensure somebody will be available to sign. We do not offer Express Delivery for Republic of Ireland orders.

30 Day No Quibble Guarantee

If you’re not absolutely delighted with your order, just return it to us within 30 days and we’ll issue you a full refund for everything you return. No questions asked, unless you want to tell us what we could do better in the future.

We know you expect our products to be ethical, but we also try to go the extra ethical mile with our service, including:

  • Reused packaging – whenever possible we re-use packaging.  If we don’t have an old box, we use recycled boxes and packaging materials.

  • Environmentally Conscious Delivery Option - You can choose to add £1 to your order, and we'll donate it to Trees for Life to support projects that work to support the environment and help to combat global warming. Find out more »
  • Reward Points Scheme - Our Frequent Shopper programme as a way of saying "thanks!" to our most valued customers. Receive 5 points for every £1 you spend and 10 points for every review you submit.
