Roskilly’s first started producing their range of tasty treats back in 1984, but things really took off in 1995 when they were awarded their Soil Association certification in recognition of their organic status - and rightly so, as the Roskilly’s farm has never used pesticides or artificial fertilisers.

The happy cows at Roskilly’s graze freely in the organic medows. Their diet of lush grass may not be up our street, but it produces the creamiest organic milk, which can in turn turned into deliciously rich clotted cream in the farm’s kitchen. Roskilly’s won the Best Food Producer Award in Radio 4’s 2004 Food and Farming Awards which is another great accolade, but a taste test is essential to gain full appreciation of how delcious these little luxuries really are.
