Built with a classic design, this Mayflower frypan from GreenPan is a great, practical all-rounder that will give you years of high-quality cooking. This pan is ideal for all types of heat source, thanks to the effective Magneto induction technology. The base is thick and designed to provide effective heat distribution to eliminate cold spots while cooking. The Mayflower range uses Thermolon Infinity ceramic technology that has been enhanced with diamonds; giving the pan a non-stick surface for clean, efficient frying.

GreenPan has been the go-to brand for customers who prioritise healthy cooking. GreenPan was developed by two Flemish childhood friends: Jan Helskens and Wim De Veirman. When they discovered that traditional non-stick pans release toxic substances when overheated, they embarked on a quest for a healthy alternative. Eventually in 2007, they developed Thermolon, a ceramic non-stick coating containing zero harmful PFAS, made from a derivative of sand. And that’s how GreenPan was born!

60% less CO2 is emitted during the curing phase of production of Thermolon™ coatings, compared to the emissions during traditional coatings.
