Grown and picked by hand with love and respect by skilled growers at the Permata Gayo co-operative on the island of Sumatra in Indonesia. This co-operative doesn’t only embrace ethical agriculture as part of its DNA, it works to fight corruption too! After harvesting, the beans are roasted here in the UK
