These Clearspring Seaveg Crispies are made up of nori sea vegetable, which has been cooked in organic rapeseed oil and sunflower oil. Nori sea vegetable is not only a tasty snack, but it’s a low fat one too. A bag of Clearspring Seaveg Crispies is only 28 calories altogether and each crispy is completely gluten free and MSG. The flavour is all-natural, with zero GMO ingredients, sugars, additives or preservatives ruining the taste of high quality nori. This natural nori is organically grown and certified by the Soil Association; high in protein, fibre and vitamin B12.
