This Citrus Burst organic soap bar is full with zesty lemon, orange and grapefruit to leave your skin feeling clean and smelling wonderful. Made with natural vegetable oils the smooth lather won't dry out your skin and leaves it feeling soft to the touch, so is great to use in the bath, shower or in your kitchen.
Suitable for vegans and vegetarians. Using 100% natural ingredients makes this suitable for sensitive skin.
Free from animal testing and Leaping Bunny Certified Cruelty Free. Free from parabens, SLS/SLES, mineral oils, petroleum, microbeads, phthalates, triclosan, GMOs, synthetic fragrances and DMDM Hydantoin. Contains sustainably sourced palm oil. Suitable for septic tanks. Certified B corporation.

I'd never heard of Beauty Kitchen before using this product nor had any previous experience with any of their products so I started to use with an open mind and no preconveived opinions.rnrnI love the minimal packaging and generous bar size which is a good 20-30 grams larger than previous bar soaps I've used. The price is very reasonable considering the organic, natural ingredients, lack of funky chemicals and preservatives and vegan and sustainable certification (the only downside here is the inclusion of palm oil which I would argue has no true 'sustainability').rnrnAs far as cleaning properties, this soap is pretty good. It foams well, is not drying and can easily remove stubbon grub and muck such as after gardening and even though I've been using multiple times a day for a good two weeks I've barely worn the bar so I'm expecting to get at least 3-4 months of service. The "citrus burst" claim however is a bit of a stretch. Even straight from the box the slight detectable scent was underwhelming, and even less detectable now after 2 weeks use. The fresh, pungent citrus is so lacking it lets the soap down. I would buy again, but only if the scent was more powerful and fragrant.
