This has to be one of my favourite soups. Delicious. Only thing is it does come up quite pricey so has to be a treat.
Good to have a trusty brand on hand for emergencies. I usually prepare split pea soup from scratch and found this saltier than I am used to.

About Amy's Kitchen
Amy’s Kitchen is a family run business that has been producing home-made food since 1987. They pride themselves on making everything just as you would do at home. They use the freshest, organic vegetables they can find and purchase high quality pastas, grains, beans and Red Tractor assured dairy. They make everything by hand and cook everything in stages too. First of all they heat the oil, they then they add aromatics and that is followed by fresh vegetables and tomatoes. All of the ingredients are cooked slowly until they reach their fullest flavour Amy's Kitchen cartons are made from unbleached boards coated with clay on the outside with no polyurethane coating on the inside and are recyclable at most recycling facilities.
