ReviewsThis is probably great but just adding this note for others that it cannot be used with Mother-ease reusable nappies due to the sodium percarbonate.

Use for anti-bac effect on all sorts of laundry

I haven't tried it on really soiled items yet but so far so good
This is our second order. The first case lasted us 20months and has worked reliably the whole time. My only disappointment now is that they've changed the packaging so it come inside a plastic bag.

I use this for all my washing where there could be hugs or bacteria etc as due to disability my immune system is under functioning.
Great product but wish they would sell in a larger pack. Would recommend to anyone.

I don't have any babies (or kids!) but use this for towels, bedding and underwear to make sure they're hygienic. Seems to work well even on its own without a standard detergent.

I pop 15g in with about 25g bio d laundry powder and nappies come out clean and fresh. Any light staining has come out when drying in sun.

I just ordered 3 boxes more. I use for any clothes I buy from charity shop or eBay. Must have for potty training.

I’ve used this product for a long while and it enhances the job done (especially when dealing with teen sports kits!)

Used as a gift for an eco friendly new mum

This is great stuff, does the job getting my baby's washable nappies fresh and clean. Only downside is that the powder is in an unnecessary plastic packet within its wooden box - making the product a lot less eco friendly in my eyes. Cut out the plastic and this product would be perfect!

I use this often even with my kids out of nappies. I use it to sanitize laundry after we've had sickness. Also use when clothes or bedding or towels need a freshen up. Works a treat!

Ready and waiting to use with my reusable nappies for he new baby

Brilliant for getting stains out of soiled baby clothes if you soak straight away. Has also been great to add to the occasional nappy wash over past few years. While that journey is now over, I still use for csp and handkerchiefs when I can't do a 60 wash.

I've used washable nappies for several years now and I find this product the best for an in-wash cleaner. Each box goes a long way and the reduction in price makes it a bargain.
Easy to use versatile antibacterial powder. We use it to soak nappies prior to washing and have found it reduces smells and staining. We also use it as an in-wash treatment if we've been away from home and unable to soak. Also good for using on clothes and bedding if kids have been sick or had accidents.

I decided to try this instead of Napisan and so far have been happy with it.
I only tried one pack of this product to use for soaking nappies. The stink was appalling and soaked nappies are heavy. After that I just put nappies, wet or dirty, in a bucket with no soaking fluid or chemical and then washed at 60 degrees (I only wash nappies and flannels at that temperature, everything else is 30) no staining and no smell. A lot less effort, no extra chemicals (however eco friendly)

I actually use this oxygen bleach powder for soaking menstrual pads rather than nappies, but it's more or less the same principle. If I soak the pads for an hour, it does a good job of getting the blood out and I only need to spray the most heavily stained pads with a stain remover spray before throwing them in the wash. (For people considering using this method, it's called dry-pailing, you keep the used pads in a dry container until this prewash treatment and thus avoid smell and mess.) If I soak the pads for two hours, or use a stronger brand of oxygen powder, they tend to get very faded. On the other hand, I prefer a stronger brand to put in with a white wash, as the laundry liquid I use isn't that strong. So I keep both and they work nicely. It's a good brand if you have sensitive skin, I've been known to get dermatitis from a number of standard cleaning products or toiletries and Bio-D has never set it off.
