I have a free delivery promotion code

Add your free delivery code into the promotion code box during checkout to qualify for Free delivery. Free delivery is standard delivery which can take from 3 – 6 days. Please note certain free delivery codes require minimum spends before you qualify for free delivery. In addition, please take note of geographical limitations on free delivery codes.

Delivery services and charges

The contents of your order and your delivery postcode area will determine which delivery services are available to you, and at what charge. You will only pay one delivery charge per address, which will be the highest depending on the contents of your order

Express Delivery
Orders must be placed by 2pm (Monday-Friday) to guarantee delivery* for the following working day.Express orders not placed on a working day will be despatched on the next working day.

*We regret that occasionally our couriers let us down and fail to make the delivery on the date requested. On the rare occasion when this does happen please inform us and we will refund your express delivery charge but regret we cannot be responsible for any consequential loss.

UK orders will normally be received within 5 working days.
Orders over £50 are usually sent for free.

Postal weight appears on each product page to facilitate calculation of shipping fees and is based upon the typical weight of the product plus its usual packaging.

If you choose one of our express delivery services and our nominated courier does not attempt to deliver to you within the given time frame then we will refund your postage costs.

If you live in the North East, you also have an option to pick-up your order from our warehouse located at 16 Princes Park, Kingsway, TVTE, Gateshead NE11 0NF. The warehouse is open 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday.

Postage calculated by weight and the first 20kg are shown above. For each subsequent 20kg of goods an additional charge of equal to the 20kg charge will be made. For example, a 19kg order to Ireland will cost  £8.95 while 38kg order will cost £17.90.

Do you deliver to BFPO addresses?

Yes we do deliver to British Force Post offices within the UK. For British Force Post offices outside of the UK further delivery charges are incurred. A member of our customer services team will contact you in relation to any further charges incurred prior to despatch.

What happens if I'm out when you deliver?

If you're out when we try to deliver, the driver will try a neighbour or find a safe and secure place to leave your parcel. If they cannot find a safe place, your parcel will be returned to the depot.

They'll leave you a card explaining where your parcel is and what to do next.

Royal Mail will take your parcel to the local sorting office if it requires a signature and you're not in. Royal Mail will leave a card at your address explaining what to do next if your order requires a signature.

Carbon offset delivery service
