I agree with the other reviewer that the packaging is a little frustrating, but it does store well in airtight containers. It cooks really well and tastes nice.

A really nice arborio that makes creamy rissotos. Seems to store well so buying in bulk is a good option. I personally find the packaging annoying. Its brittle and the packets are difficult to open leading to splits. Also no cooking directions on the packaging. But great rice.
