Suma is a good company for selling products in bigger sized packs which work well as they are then priced accordingly. I'd be wary of buying a bigger pack of seeds than this as they do seem to go off more quickly even when resealed. The pumpkin seeds are full of flavour, nutty and filling - what you'd expect of a pumpkin seed!
