Not fresh! Although the use by date is Nov 09 (writing this end Mar), the seeds taste 'off' and have probably been exposed to the light as have started to sprout (see through packaging).
Was given refund straight away when I phoned (though no apology), and promised that my feedback would be passed on to the manufacturer - but still very inconvenient!

I use these for making home-mixed muesli with oats and dried fruit. They are a great price compared to the supermarket and compared to other seeds such as pumpkin seeds.
