I recently bought 6 bottles of the James White Organic 'Beet It' Beetroot Juice to help keep my blood pressure down, and I have found it to be excellent value, cheaper than I can get it elsewhere. One 750ml bottle lasts me 3 days, which works out at just under £1 per day.rnI recommend it highly and will be reordering it on a regular basis.

i monitored my blood pressure last week as the surgery reading was high. i started the week with 500mls a day then in the middle of the week went for 24 hrs without i was amazed from 120/90 it went up to 154/100 coincidence i dont think so

Thank you for the very speedy delivery, such service.
Had previously been buying this at a much higher price so this is a bargain. My partner and I had been taking this for a week and it really does lower the blood pressure, he had a hospital appointment a couple of days ago and the consultant wanted to know what he had been doing to get the blood pressure so much lower!!, very impressed and will keep taking it, despite the taste!!!!!!!

free delivery service was fantastic,only 48hrs,have bought 6 bottles at this low price to try and lower my blood pressure, the only trouble is I think I am getting to like it too much,one taste and you want more, really delicious product.

Its full of iron, which is great for me as i am very low engery levels, and very ill. Its
great for cleaning your organs, if you take many drugs for chronic condition, from Drs.

Q: I would be grateful for information on how to take Beetroot Juice. Is it to be diluted with water & by how much & how many times per day do you take it & is it before meals etc. Many thanks

A: The recommended daily amount is 500ml, undiluted. Before meals is recommended. Hope this helps. Thomas
