We are lovers of 'dark/bitter' chocolate. This is in the higher/darker % Cocoa range we aim for. It is nice to venture towards this, though not constantly! Good, strong taste and quality.
I'm over the moon with this chocolate!
We don't enjoy anything below 85% cocoa in my household, and it was very hard to find truly ethical and organic chocolate at this high content. Well, not anymore! This chocolate has a lovely taste and texture, couldn't be happier.
