Verified product ownerUPDATE - I want to update my eview to reflect my feelings now that I've been using the product for a while. The bulbs truly seem to have made such a difference to my life - as an SAD sufferer who lives in a shady dark house, I often find it difficult to motivate myself to do either housework or my garden for a considerable part of the year, but since I've been using these bulbs there's been a huge improvement. My garden has had the best overhaul it's had in years (and it's only April!), and I'm keen to make more changes. My house is in shock at having it's windows cleaned inside and out already too. I'm absolutely amazed at the difference these bulbs seem to have made, and am now gearing up for a massive turn-out of all the junk that's collected over the years. I'd love other sufferers of SAD to know that it really is worth trying these bulbs.
