How do I check if the product I require is available?

By adding the product you require to the basket and reviewing your basket this should indicate if the product is in stock. If the product is out of stock the basket will indicate the product is not currently available.

At Ethical Superstore we stock clothing form a number of different manufacturers, the following tables are intended to aid your selection but please be aware there may be some small variations from the sizes below.

HOW DO I WORK OUT MY SIZE?

To work out which clothes size is most suited to your figure it is best to take the following measurements.
Make sure you take actual body measurements, not over your clothes.

Chest: measure around the fullest part of your bust and across your shoulder blades at the back.
Waist: measure the natural waistline, just above the hip bone.
Inside leg: measure from the crotch to where the trouser is normally worn on the shoe.

Ethical credentials

We also evaluate a brand/manufacturer's overall ethical credentials in deciding whether we should sell a particular product. When a product has received an ethical claim that has been certified or verified by an independent 3rd party organisation, we will share that information with you. Ethical superstore vouchers

How long do vouchers last?
Ethical superstore vouchers must be redeemed within 12 months of the date they were purchased.

What vouchers are available?
Ethical superstore has a range of vouchers available to buy in denominations of £10, £20 and £50.

How are the vouchers supplied?
Each voucher is issued with a Fair Trade Media greetings card with the message of your choice.

How do I redeem the voucher I received?
Each voucher has been issued with a unique code which is written on the bottom left of the voucher. Ethicalsuperstore.com gift vouchers can be used to purchase goods online at Ethicalsuperstore.com or over the phone from Ethical Superstore. If using online, add this code to voucher box when checking out to redeem the allocated amount.

Do I have to post my vouchers back to you?
Posting the vouchers back to us is unnecessary; you can use the code on the voucher to redeem the voucher. If you would prefer to send the voucher in we will redeem the value for you against the voucher.

Alcoholic merchandise

Ethicalsuperstore.com may sell products containing intoxicating liquor. For clarity a drink containing alcohol is classified as intoxicating if it contains more than 0.5% of alcohol by volume (0.5% abv). Vintages, labels and closures may vary. If an item you are looking for is shown as out of stock, you will have the option to enter your email address to receive an electronic notification when the item becomes available again.  If you use this function, your email address will only every be used for the purpose of notifying you on that single occasion
