Fast & Free Courier Delivery Services
Choose one of our courier options and we guarantee your delivery won't be affected by the Royal Mail strike.
The contents of your order and your delivery postcode area will determine which delivery services are available to you, and at what charge. You will only pay one delivery charge per address, which will be the highest depending on the contents of your order.

If you’re not absolutely delighted with your order, just return it to us within 60 days and we’ll issue you a full refund for everything you return. No questions asked, unless you want to tell us what we could do better in the future.
Ethical Service Extras
We know you expect our products to be ethical, but we also try to go the extra ethical mile with our service, including:
- Reused packaging – whenever possible we re-use packaging, look for the “We Reused It” sticker on your parcel to see if yours was reused. If we don’t have an old box, we used recycled boxes.
- Carbon offset delivery option – add £1 to your order when checking out and we’ll offset the carbon related to delivering the product to you. Read more about this initiative »

You can also ask online questions on any product page, a nice way to have the answers from our ethical product gurus shared with other customers.
