The contents of your order and your delivery postcode area will determine which delivery services are available to you, and at what charge. You will only pay one delivery charge per address, which will be the highest depending on the contents of your order.

Your order will be sent by courier and should arrive within 5 working days. We guarantee that your delivery will not be affected by the Royal Mail strike. If you don’t receive your order within 8 working days of dispatch, we’ll refund the cost of delivery.

Next day delivery for orders placed before 2pm (Mon-Fri). This method will require a signature, please ensure somebody will be available to sign.

UK orders will normally be received within 5 working days. Choose this option if you’re not in a hurry to receive your order and we’ll use the most efficient delivery method available. We may use Royal Mail, which is one of the greenest delivery methods.

    Ethical Service Extras

    We know you expect our products to be ethical, but we also try to go the extra ethical mile with our service, including:

    • Reused packaging – whenever possible we re-use packaging, look for the “We Reused It” sticker on your parcel to see if yours was reused. If we don’t have an old box, we used recycled boxes.
    • Carbon offset delivery option – add £1 to your order when checking out and we’ll offset the carbon related to delivering the product to you. Read more about this initiative »
    • Gift wrapping – we have one of the loveliest gift wraps in town, wrapped in recycled paper and finished with a recycled bow and fairly traded gift tag. Check it out »
