nothing wrong with the taste but too high in fat and salt - other companies can make healthier soups so why cant Suma

I particularly love this soup for when I'm in a rush, so I buy it by the case! It's a great vegan friendly alternative to regular minestrone soup and retains that original flavour. For a full meal I add extra vegetables to it or have it with a salad, and some olives.

This soup is extremely tasty and absolutely delicious! I has a generous amount of veg and pasta in it, so it's very filling. One of my favourite Suma soups.

Q: Hi, Please could you tell me the ingredients for your Suma Organic Minestrone soup, your Spicy lentil and Tomato and Red pepper soup. thanks

A: The Ingredients listings are as follows:

Minestrone Soup: Water, Vegetables (including haricot beans, peas, tomato puree, onions, celery, carrots)(31%), Macaroni(1.9%), Sunflower Oil, Garlic, Sea Salt, Basil, Herb Pepper, Parsley.

Spicy Lentil: Water, Red Lentils (10.6%), Carrots, Onions, Corn Syrup, Sunflower Oil, Sea Salt, Cumin, Cinnamon, Coriander, Black Pepper.

Tomato and Red Pepper: Water, Red peppers (8.3%), Tomato puree (8%), Raw cane sugar, Wheat starch, Sunflower oil, Sea salt, Onions, Paprika, Herb pepper.
