I use the product every day as it help with my Chronic fatigue syndrome symptoms. I cook with the oil, put it on my skin and use instead of butter. The coconut oil is very expensive from other providers.

i use the raw coconut oil as a moisturizer and hair oil. bought a second jar for a friend of mine-it was that great.
I've used it in baking, for skin care, eaten raw off a spoon, mixed with melted chocolate to make a sauce etc, and I'm always happy with it.
