The hand-rolled Maftoul Couscous will be used as an accompaniament to roast mixed vegetables. As a vegetarian it is an ideal dish for myself and husband.

Good quality product. Use it as I would usual couscous. Makes a nice change to eat a larger grain.

Really tasty couscous. Extremely versatile. I cook mine in some vegetable stock and then, once cooked, add it to salads. Buying this couscous is also a good way to support the Palestinian people who have been suffering for so very, very long.

Love the brand and it's products. Makes for great dishes, texture was almost chewy. Just wish it came in larger quantities now I've tried it.
