Fantastic meat alternative without being a processed fake-meat substitute. I used this in a recipe that was easily as tasty and substantial as pulled pork. Simmered for 15 mins with some tomato puree, 1 tsp chipotle paste and onion and served alongside rice. Absolutely fantastic.
