Lovely silken tofu, great to make tofu scramble with or add to soups and sauces.

Good tofu! I didn't realise it was silken tofu, but then I did, I just learned how to cook that as I hasn't cooked it before. Was quite tasty!! Definitely check wether your recipes call for silken or firm!

Great product to make a vegan chocolate mousse - drain and whizz up with 40g cocoa powder, 20g or so of coconut oil or a good nut butter, a couple of tablespoons of syrup or a nice jam or jelly. Very rich!

This is a lovely silken tofu I use it in sautes and stir frys it takes flavour very well fromthe spices and herbs-I have used it with pumpkin and curry and chinese style dishes

Brilliant form of Tofu that I like to make into a "cheesecake".

Having found other tofus indigestible, this soft tofu fries up a dream, or mixed with curries or pasta as is. Tossed in herbs, smoked paprika, ground rice and herbamare, small cubes are delicious gently fried or grilled. Too many uses, make vegan cheese, puddings, smoothies, etc. Good value as so nourishing I get 3 meals from 1 carton.

This is great for liquidising with apricots to make a lovely breakfast/pudding, or with bananas and Suma crunchy unsalted peanut butter.
