The Solitary Bee Hive from Wildlife World is perfect for attracting bees to your garden.
It is fully interactive and has individual cell trays so you can keep an eye on any bees using the hive and clean it out when necessary. Once bees come into this hive they will lay eggs, ensuring more will come the next season; thus increasing the number bees year on year.
It's attractively finished and is made using FSC Certified timber to ensure you aren’t just providing a safe and accessible Bee Hive, but are also doing your bit to maintain and protect forests.

Q: Hi,
Just set up Solitary Bee Hive and its going great but lost instructions,so does the box need cleaning at any stage and if so when ?
Ray
A: Hi, we've been in contact with Wildlife World, the manufacturers of this Bee Hive and they state that "generally, it's not necessary to clean as the bees will do it usually and there is only a small window for cleaning in the spring between emerging bees and refilling. However, if the house is not in use, the design allows for cleaning by undoing the wing nuts and removing the trays."
I hope this is helpful. Robyn.
