WEwood is a new earth-friendly business that started out by making its first watch in 2010. By designing watches from mainly scrap-wood and using state-of-the-art Miyota movements they resulted in making a healthy, handsome and also splash proof watch. Originating in Florence they made a name for themselves, and after a few month WEwood opened a branch in LA and teamed up with American Forest. With this partnership in place, WEwood would plant a tree for every watch sold. Within the first three months they planted 5,000 trees with American Forest, WEwood still set themselves challenging targets throughout 2012 of helping restore mother nature
