For those who are (understandably) concerned that some of the greatest albums in musical history are being relegated to nothing more than a receptacle for pot pourri, worry not. All record used in the manufacture of these bowls are unplayable for one reason or another. No music was harmed in the making of this product.
Due to the recycled nature of this product there can be variation in dimensions and form. Titles and colours will also vary from those shown.

Ethical Superstore staff reviewSince it’s arrival this product has proved a fascinating conversation piece- and many trips down memory lane have been undertaken. I’d forgotten just how ‘real’ records sounded when browsed in the racks – none of that harsh clicking of CD case against CD case as the choice was made (even this clicking is probably destined for nostalgia land soon as the mouse clicking of downloads grows and grows) – an unexpected but extremely welcome side effect of my quest to live more sustainably.
The only real downside to this bowl is I never really want to put too much inside it for fear that the label is totally obscured – hence I’ve wasted a fair bit of time attempting to arrange / balance fruit so as not to spoil my preferred view of the product – but that’s probably just me!

Q: are there diffferent records to choose from, and if not, what is the record featured in the picture? Many thanks.
A: The records are all different as they are largely from vinyl records being sent for destruction. You unfortunately can't choose what album you get at present. See it as a lucky dip! Andy
