About the Supplier: Geobar uses quality ingredients from around the world. This means you can enjoy a great-tasting bar while producers in countries like Ghana, Chile, Paraguay, Malawi and South Africa get a fair deal. The bar carries the Fairtrade Mark — the shopper's guarantee that producers get a fair deal.

Geobar makes a difference for people like neighbours Sonia Chicao and Celia Gonzales who live in the foothills of the Andes. They began keeping bees to make some money and now their village is among several supplying the honey used in Geobars.

“We used the money to build a house and it also helps with school fees and books for the children,” said Celia. “Before we kept bees we had no jobs; now we have been able to develop ourselves as people.”

Ethical Superstore staff review

This is my favourite of the Traidcraft Geobars. Great taste and energy boost just when you need it. It was this Geobar flavour that got me to the top of Ben Nevis.
