The Tate & Lyle that we know today was founded back in 1921, when the sugar refining business of Sir Henry Tate and Abraham Lyle merged into one. Today they are the only cane sugar refiner in the UK, and the largest in Europe. Their organic sugar range is produced in Paraguay from organically grown sugar, fully certified by the Soil Association, making it ideal for all of your organic baking needs.
