A really useful food to eat as snacks or toasted (with boiled eggs!) useful for yeast free diet. Very portable food. My 2yr old grandson loves it!

Good quality bread. Like it being 'long-life' (due to packaging). Sprouted wheat is high in iron, so a welcome addition when trying to boost the iron in the diet.
