Q: would this be suitable to use for 1 year old child
A: The way in which people use / dilute stock cubes is so varied it's hard to give a definite yes or no answer. That said, a key concern when preparing food for the very young is the amount of salt contained, so you may wish to consider the Kallo Low salt Vegetable Stock Cubes as an alternative.
