Q: Why is this radio labelled "Staff recommends"? How does it compare with the other radios that you sell eg "Best seller" Eton FR350, "New" Powerplus Rhino, Freeplay Devo DAB Radio, the one recommended by John etc? Which ones in your whole range are digital? Which ones can play and charge at the same time? A chart comparing key features of the various models would be very helpful.
A: The reason it's labelled 'staff recommends' is simply that a member of our team has felt that the balance of features and price made it worthy of additional eposure.
'Best Seller' highlights the fact that several of our customers have put faith in a particular product, 'New' allows folk to quickly identify the most recent additions to our range.
We do aspire to be as transparent as possible in all we do to allow every customer to make as informed choice as possible and we will certainly consider your constructive comments re feature comparison. Thanks, John

Q: Could this radio receive BBC world service in Tanzania and other parts of the world. ThanksA: The Eyemax is an AM/FM radio.
According to the BBC website the World Service is broadcast in Tanzania on Short Wave (SW) frequency 6190, 6005 kHz, which the Eyemax cannot receive.
HOWEVER our range of
Eton radios and the highly recommended
Freeplay Summit Radio should be able to do the job. John
