Veg1 Vegan Multivitamin Chewable Tablets - Blackcurrant - 180

Not a nice taste and not appropriate levels of vitamins in my opinion.

Taste lovely.Don't eat meat so using to supplement Vitamins to stay healthy.

I have been taking these for years, great add to my vegan diet. I prefer these over the orange ones.

My go to multi-vitamin. I noticed an improvement in my health after 3 days, It was suggested to me that I might me Vitamin B12 deficient as a vegan, and I think I must have been, as my dizzy spells disappeared. rnI've tried both the orange and blackcurrant, both flavours are nice, the orange is a more clearly definable flavour, whereas the blackcurrant just tastes like berry flavour to me.
