Easy, convenient and very tasty! I tend to make meals from scratch, but this GF nut roast saves time both in prep and cooking and is delicious in taste and texture, used as is or as a base (I add extra seeds and millet and such). Lovely topped with mashed yams and vegan gravy. I shall definitely buy again.
