Didn't work for me, tried twice, didn't thicken at all. I'll keep using flax "eggs".

Such a great product- I use it to make yorkshire puddings and it works best if you whip it with some extra water into a froth before adding to the dry ingredients.

Q: Our daughter has a severe nut allergy. You don't include nuts in your list of "free froms" Do you use nuts in your factory?
A: Hello,
I have had a response back from Orgran an this is what they advised:
Thank you for your below email and can confirm that they are completely nut free.
Also our Office, Warehouse and Production are a nut free zone.
