Yum. And a low cal alternative pesto. Useful for all kinds of things, eg. because it's so tangy I mix it with a wee bit of mayo or cream cheese and it's a very low-cal tartar sauce.

This mixes well with coconut yoghurt to make a cooking sauce. Such a tasty alternative - I've used it with roast veg, chicken and fish.

Loved the taste of this but unfortunately only my husband could eat it as it had lots of seeds in it, which I am unable to eat.
This is unmissable if you love aubergine! I sampled it at the Spirit of Christmas Fair Kensington Olympia, and bought 2 jars. I am now going to send one to my family in Hong Kong.
